Privacy policy
Thanks for using Exerprise. We respect your right to privacy and share your concern about the security of any data you may submit via our mobile application ("Exerprise", or the "app") or through its web sites (exerprise.com and anabolicaliens.com), (collectively, the "Service").
Your privacy is critically important to us. We don't want to be creepy stalkers or evil spammers. We have a few fundamental principles:
- We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
- We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is limited to information collected or received by us through your use of the Service. We are not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. Any link to those sites does not constitute our sponsorship of, or affiliation with, those people or companies.
Here we describe how we collect, use and handle your information when you use our Service.
WHAT & WHY
We do not directly collect or store your email address and name - the only exception is when you authenticate yourself to send "App Invites" for unlocking content (read "App Invites" section below).
However, we do use third party analytics and crash reporting services (like Google Analytics) to allow us to better understand and improve the functionality of our app on your device. These may collect data about your interactions with the app - such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from, things like device OS and IP address etc.
On our websites too, we use third party analytics service which collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the site.
APP INVITES
Inside the Exerprise app, you can unlock premium categories for free by inviting friends. Before you can start sending App Invites, you need to authenticate yourself with your Google account. If you do this, and with your consent, we collect your publicly visible Google profile info like email address and name. This is done to prevent referral fraud and store the "Keys" you earn so that only you are able to access them. Also, so that you are able to use these keys on all your devices and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
WITH WHOM
We won’t sell or share your information with advertisers or other third parties except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Exerprise or our users; or (d) protect Exerprise's property rights.
EXCLUSIONS
This privacy policy does not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to us, such as feature requests and feedback sent via our support channels. All unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and we shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such unsolicited information to others without limitation or attribution.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
DISCLAIMER
While we continue to work hard to protect your data, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. Transmitting personal information is done at your own risk.
MINORS
If you are under the age of 13, you should not use Exerprise because of U.S. law age restrictions.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. In case of a business transaction in which a portion or all of Exerprise's business is acquired, we will notify you as described above in this paragraph.
